We want you on the water with the right gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day change of mind
- Unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Return within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer covers return freight; refund issued to original payment method.
- Special-order, electronic charts, and clearance items are not eligible.
Faulty or damaged
Faulty goods are covered under Australian Consumer Law. We'll arrange replacement, repair or refund and cover return freight. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for transit damage.
How to start a return
Email returns@moosemarine.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send instructions and a return reference number within one business day.
